PC Hardware Refresh is a locally owned Perth business with over 7 years serving the WA community. We sell refurbished business PCs and laptops, build custom gaming PCs, and repair computers of all brands — all from our store at Coventry Village, Morley.

How We Started
PC Hardware Refresh started at Malaga Markets, where we built our reputation from the ground up selling quality refurbished computers at honest prices.
As demand grew, so did we. Around three years ago we outgrew the markets and moved to our current home at Coventry Village, Morley — a proper retail store where we could better serve our customers, hold more stock, and take on repairs and custom builds.
Seven years on, we're still locally owned, still hands-on, and still focused on the same thing we started with: giving Perth people great value computers they can actually rely on.
What We Sell
Refurbished PCs and Laptops
We work with several of WA's largest computer recycling companies to source high-quality ex-corporate and ex-government machines. These are business-grade Dell, HP, and Lenovo desktops and laptops — built to commercial standards and designed to last far longer than budget consumer hardware.
Every refurbished machine we sell goes through our full in-house process before it reaches the shelf:
- Full hardware diagnostic — every component tested before we proceed
- Secure data wipe — all previous data erased to Department of Defence standards
- Hardware upgrades — new SSD and RAM fitted as standard
- Fresh OS install — genuine licensed Windows 11 Pro, fully updated
- Final quality check — tested again before going on the shelf or being shipped
The result is a computer that performs like new — at a fraction of the price — backed by a 12-month warranty.
Custom Gaming PCs
Every gaming PC we sell is designed and assembled right here in our Morley store. We'll match components to your budget, your games, and your performance goals — no filler parts, no inflated margins, no compromises you didn't agree to.
Computer Repairs
We repair computers of all brands, including MacBooks. Diagnostics, hardware replacements, upgrades, virus removal, slow PC fixes — bring it in and we'll take a look.
